Auto-Shiatsu is a holistic approach to your well-being and a deep meeting with yourself. Based on the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it is much more than a simple technique: it is a path to restore harmony between body, mind, and soul. In a protected space – one that you create within yourself – you can simply be, let go of the past, and regenerate with new vital energy.
To support this process of inner flourishing, I integrate other established methods of TCM and coaching into my work:
Shiatsu & Akupressure Impulses – to release energy blockages, activate your body’s self-healing powers, and restore your inner flow
EFT Tapping – A simple method of emotional self-regulation to release blockages through meridian points.
Mindful Guidance – Techniques that help you reconnect deeply with your body and solidify your inner balance over time.
Makko-Ho and Do-In are mindful practices from the Eastern healing tradition that harmonize body, mind, and energy. Through gentle stretching, conscious breathing, and targeted self-massage, these techniques activate the meridians, stimulate the flow of energy, and strengthen your inner connection.
Through self-contact, breathwork, and energy cultivation, Do-In promotes the flow of vital force (Qi/Ki). Makko-Ho, with its dynamic stretching exercises, aims to balance the meridian systems.
Together, they help you stay flexible, centered, and calm – no matter what is happening around you. A gentle yet profound practice that brings you back to yourself – step by step, breath by breath.
Forest Bathing – becoming slow, becoming quiet, coming home.
In Forest Bathing the mindful immersion in the forest atmosphere – we open our senses to what surrounds us… and to what has become quiet within us. Nature becomes a mirror, a source of regeneration, and a companion on the journey back to our center.
With slow steps, an open heart, and alert perception, the forest invites you to slow down, to listen, and to breathe.
Studies confirm what many feel intuitively: Forest Bathing reduces stress, strengthens the immune system, and promotes inner peace.
Forest Bathing is not an activity – it is a state of being. A loving retreat into simplicity. An invitation to connect with nature – and with yourself.
When the breath becomes calm, the mind becomes still.
Breathwork and Mindfulness are two powerful ways to find your center – to move from thinking to feeling, from the outside in.
Through conscious breathing, tension is released, the nervous system relaxes, and the mind becomes clearer. In the meditation that follows – or accompanies the breath – everything that has been moved can settle into a space of presence and inner silence.
This practice is a gift to yourself: a safe place to arrive, to let go, and to simply be.
