About me

So...

Most people describe me as curious, active, empathetic, creative, and versatile. I would add: open-minded, eager to discover life, and deeply connected with nature and people.

My experience as a competitive skier led me, over 20 years ago, to the world of complementary medicine and mental training—and that is how my desire to work with people was born.

I love spending my time outdoors—whether on skis or hiking through the trails. Hikes to cozy mountain huts, where you can enjoy good food, great conversation, and a round of cards (‘Karterle’), are among my favorite moments. Animals also hold a special place in my heart; to me, they are great teachers of presence and authenticity.

In my work, I combine knowledge and intuition, structure and lightness—but above all: humanity.

A longer look at my journey..

“Until the age of 19, I dedicated a large part of my life to competitive sports. Skiing, volleyball, and tennis deeply shaped my youth. At 14, thanks to my results, I was admitted to the High School for Sports in Mals, and shortly after, I became a member of the South Tyrolean provincial alpine skiing team.

My years as an athlete forged me—through great successes, difficult moments, and invaluable experiences in Italy and abroad. For me, sport is a true school of life: skiing or tennis are metaphors for existence—sometimes challenging, sometimes exhilarating, but always rich in lessons.

Already during my sporting career, I developed a strong interest in mental and physical well-being. A turning point was a training session with Hermann Maier, which focused not only on physical preparation but also on inner balance. This experience profoundly moved me and awakened my passion for mental strength and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Later, working as a ski instructor and coach, I discovered how crucial communication and motivation are for success—both in sport and in life. What excited me most was seeing how concretely a positive mental impulse could influence performance and self-esteem.

I chose to train as a coach with Marco Bigornia—a national and international trainer and director of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). I began with NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and then specialized in personal, sports, and finally business coaching. For me, ensuring quality was fundamental: an ICF-recognized school represents a seal of competence, ethics, and professionalism.

Travel has always been part of my journey: in 2004 I worked in Australia and in 2006 in Argentina, always as a ski instructor and coach. Learning new languages, connecting with other cultures, and forming friendships around the world has been immensely enriching for me.

Another important milestone was my training with psychologist Martin Kiem, who helped me understand even more deeply how much nature can nourish the body, mind, and soul—and how essential it is to re-establish an authentic bond with it.

Currently, I collaborate with Medical Point in Bolzano. Together with a team of professionals—osteopaths, orthopedists, and doctors—we offer an integrated support service for physical and mental health.

MY MOTIVATION?

I want to help people – especially athletes – keep their goals clear and achieve them with determination. But above all, I wish to accompany them in recognizing and valuing their inner resources, their balance, and their true potential.
